Operation and maintenance

Application: alloy saw blade with more than 80 teeth shall be used when cutting the board. The top of the saw blade shall be one centimeter higher than the surface of the packaging board, and the number of electric saw revolutions shall not be less than 4000 revolutions per minute. If the packing plate is cut or drilled at the site, the edge of the cut or drilled hole shall be painted with special edge sealing paint. When assembling the packaging board, the horizontal packaging board shall be assembled directly or the tape line shall be pasted on the seam of the packaging board to be straight, and the sponge twisted strip shall be added between the seams of the packaging board for assembly. It is necessary to place square wood under the iron nails and holes in the package to prevent the split on the reverse side of the package board caused by hanging. Seal the bolt hole through the wall with special seal.

During formwork removal, large area falling of packing plate shall be prevented.

Repair: after the packaging board is used, the slight scratches and damages can be filled with putty and then sealed with special repair paint; the larger damages and holes can be nailed into the wedge and then repaired with putty and repair paint.

Maintenance: every time after using the packaging board, it is necessary to completely clean the packaging board. When using the surface of the sanitation packaging board, sharp things shall be prevented from being used to prevent damaging the phenolic resin film on the surface of the packaging board. If it is stored for a long time, it shall be maintained by coating the surface agent on the packaging board.

Storage: in the process of transportation and storage, it is necessary to prevent severe deformation of the packaging board and aging of the surface coating caused by the sun and rain. At the construction site, the packing plate shall be placed on a flat and level dry site, with at least three 10 × 10cm wooden horizontal supports at the bottom, to prevent it from being sent to places with high temperature and high temperature.
